St. Joan's Education Society Shaping skills, empowering lives
Established 1982

Skill training that ends in a livelihood.

St. Joan's Education Society trains young people and women from India's most underserved communities, then works to place them. We are currently delivering the RAMP programme for the Government of Goa — 25000+ candidates over two financial years — as an empanelled partner of the Ministry of MSME.

Our Journey

The social development arm of the Sachdeva Group of Institutions, which has worked in Indian education for over eight decades.

Since 1982 we have built a practical model for reaching people that formal education tends to miss: candidates from marginalised communities, school dropouts, rural youth and women looking to return to work. We run short-term and long-term vocational courses, residential and non-residential, in sectors where employers are actually hiring.

Our programmes are delivered under government schemes and corporate social responsibility mandates, which means every batch is audited, every outcome is reported, and placement is a contractual obligation rather than an aspiration.
