Nai Manzil was our first national project and the mandate that established our credibility for everything that followed. It combines skill training with NIOS-linked education for minority youth, executed pan-India across Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Manipur, Meghalaya and Goa.
More than 70% of the candidates we trained under Nai Manzil moved into employment or self-employment — a result built on pairing formal education access with a genuine job-role skill component, rather than treating the two as separate tracks.
