Seekho Aur Kamao (Learn & Earn) expanded our partnership with the Ministry of Minority Affairs, providing training across multiple job roles for candidates from minority communities, implemented across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu & Kashmir.
The explicit aim throughout was opening durable livelihood options rather than short-term work — training that candidates could build a career on rather than a single placement.
