Empanelled through a competitive RFP process as an official training partner for large-scale capacity building across Goa. The mandate spans institutional, technical and tourism sectors, alongside entrepreneurship development through the Business Facilitation Centre and the Women Entrepreneurship Facilitation Cell. Medical Equipment Assistant training

Bharat Coking Coal Limited — Corporate Social Responsibility

A CSR mandate to train candidates for the Medical Equipment Assistant job role, built around healthcare sector demand. The course pairs theory with hands-on practice on the equipment candidates will actually handle, so that they finish employable rather than merely certified. See the full programme page.

Hunar Se Rozgar Tak

Ministry of Tourism, Government of India

Empanelled as an implementation agency for the Hunar Se Rozgar Tak scheme, which equips youth from economically weaker sections with skills for hospitality and tourism. Both sectors hire at volume and promote from within, which makes them unusually good entry points for candidates without formal qualifications. See the full programme page.

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana

Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India

Recognition under DDU-GKY, the central government's flagship rural placement-linked skilling programme, with a mandate to train and place beneficiaries across a range of job roles through both short-term and long-term courses. NHPC Limited — Corporate Social Responsibility

Vocational training delivered in Manipur under an NHPC CSR partnership, extending our reach into the north-east where access to accredited training is limited and travel to centres elsewhere is rarely realistic for candidates. See the full programme page.

Skill Development for Children in Care – Haryana

Haryana State Child Protection Society

Partnered with the Haryana State Child Protection Society to deliver market-driven skill development training for students of Child Care Institutions (CCIs). The programme created tailored training opportunities to build employable skills, enhance career prospects and support the transition of young people into the workforce.See the full programme page.

An expansion of our work with the Ministry of Minority Affairs, providing training across multiple job roles for candidates from minority communities, with the explicit aim of opening durable livelihood options rather than short-term work. See the full programme page.

Nai Manzil

Ministry of Minority Affairs · World Bank funded

Our first national project, delivering integrated education and skills training to underprivileged candidates across Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Manipur, Meghalaya and Goa. More than 70% of the candidates we trained moved into employment or self-employment — a result that established our credibility for the mandates that followed. See the full programme page.

A continuing partnership with NSDC across numerous projects under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra programmes, covering a wide spread of job roles and sectors.
